The Paper Tiger Catamaran International Association (PTCIA) is the world-wide governing body for the Paper Tiger Catamaran class sailing boat. The PTCIA's website contains a lot more general information about the class than this site (APTCA).

The Australian Paper Tiger Catamaran Association (APTCA) is one of the member countries of the PTCIA. The APTCA oversees the class in Australia, which includes the five active state associations:

• New South Wales Paper Tiger Catamaran Association (NSWPTCA)
• Queensland Paper Tiger Catamaran Association (QPTCA)
• South Australian Paper Tiger Catamaran Association (SAPTCA)
• Tasmanian Paper Tiger Catamaran Association (TPTCA)
• Victorian Paper Tiger Catamaran Association (VPTCA)
